  I had judicially fired Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s appointee.

Premier Stephen Harper had appointed Luc Barrick, by an Order in Council #1875, in November of 2008, to the Canada Pension Plan Review Board.

Luc Barrick had abandoned my case against the Ottawa Police Service at the end of 2010, after five and-a-half years of non-performance, and fled Canada.

Premier Stephen Harper ignored my communications to him while Luc Barrick was still on Canadian soil. He also ignored my request for him to seek Barrick's extradition from France. He also had the Privy Council Office act with the Law Society of Upper Canada in preventing that I be reimbursed.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper had interfered in my lawsuit against the Ottawa Police Service et al and in doing so had violated my rights and caused irreparable harm to my lawsuit and interests, and added to abuse of process.

Master Calum Mcleod castigated me, in his courtroom in The Ottawa Courthouse, for judicially firing Luc Barrick :"He comes from a reputable family and there is no need to do it judicially".

I hired Luc Barrick to bring the Ottawa Police Services into a courtroom when my rebel daughter organized, together with her new police family, for a hit job to be performed on me by the Ottawa Police Service, three months before her marrying the grandson of Peter Alfred McConnell, a now deceased founder of the Ottawa Police Association.

Police tore both menisci in my left knee, as well as the anterior cruciate ligament, by violently dragging me, sideways, down the stairs of my front porch, and across two driveways and two front lawns.

"It was a big tear. A full knee replacement is in your future, but you are too young for it now" (Dr. M.V., who performed the first of three knee surgeries, 2006)

Cst. Stephanie McConnell, the Ottawa Police Service

My rebel daughter's sister in law, Stephanie McConnell, is named in my legal claim. She is the mastermind of my physical, psychological, social and financial destruction.

Stephanie McConnell is my grandchild's aunt. Stephanie McConnell is the granddaughter of the founder of the Ottawa Police Association.

Stephanie McConnell had subjected me to sexual assault every time we met, and in front of all family members, and Chief Charles Bordeleau had refused to investigate or press charges. Instead, he threatened me with a law suit if I continue to demand that she be charged.

Stephanie's husband, Peter Schoch, is also an officer with the Ottawa Police Service and is also named in my legal claim.

Stephanie McConnell hand-picked the two Ottawa Police Service Constables, Chris Fahey and Steve Coulthart, who destroyed three of my four limbs in mere seconds.

They attacked me, from behind, on my front porch.

The Ottawa Police Service Chief Charles Bordeleau refused to launch a criminal investigation into Prime Minister Stephen Harper's political appointee and protégée Luc Barrick who had defrauded me of monies in six figures and did not take the Ottawa Police into a courtroom but fled Canada.

Chief Charles Bordeleau also refused to launch a criminal investigation into Wendell McConnell (son of Ottawa Police Association's founder Peter Alfred McConnel, father of Ottawa Police officer Stephanie McConnell, and a grandfather to my grandchild).

Instead, he had me arrested, criminalized and jailed for blogging about it.

I have reason to believe that Wendell McConnell had provided extraordinary financial benefits to two lawyers in succession, and over a period of eight years, in exchange for them to drain my finances and sabotage my case against the Ottawa Police Service and his police daughter, who is an aunt to my grandchild.

Wendell McConnell is on the record for disobeying a court summons to appear in court and testify against his daughter and about his involvement against my interests.

A motion to find him in contempt of court will be filed so that he is brought before a judge in handcuffs.

 He boasted, on numerous occasions, about his vast government contacts and about him "knowing every lawyer and accountant who is of any consequence in Ottawa".

A chartered accountant, who had also completed The Royal Military College of Canada graduate programme which carries prestige and top level connections, Wendell McConnell boasted of his specialty, "saving the butts of the rich who ran afoul of Canada Revenue Agency".

Wendell McConnell's contacts in high places enabled him to send his son (my son-in-law) to spend three months doing accounting work in the Canadian Forces Base at the Kabul airport, Afghanistan. When he returned, he was awarded a Peacekeepers' Medal which was pinned upon him by Prime Minister Stephen Harper. The young man at the time was unemployed and had no desire to work as an accountant.

Chief Bordeleau, instead of investigating a serious crime involving the elite of the political, judicial, legal and police officials and their family members, had dispatched Det. Stephane Quesnel to continue the Ottawa Police Service's abuse of me.

Det. Stephane Quesnel has anchored his career in my destruction over some ten years of actively interfering - with lawyers, courts, employers, landlords, co-workers and neighbours - in every aspect of my life and livelihood.

Dr. Boyles removed himself from the ill-fated project between the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus and the Ottawa Police Service, which project saw police being in the front lines of delivery of mental health care services. Stephane Quesnel continues to abuse his position with the OPS Mental Health Crisis Unit and, in particular, on my file against the Ottawa Police Services.

Stephane Quesnel was visibly irritated with my desire for my daughter to become well educated.

He admonished me for being a demanding father.
"What is wrong with the street smarts, instead?", was his question during one of his visits.
I was "carded" at home seven times after I had filed a lawsuit against police.

The address has, since, changed.

Then Cst. Stephane Quesnel, a police agent, came to my door with another member of the Ottawa Police Service, a certain Cst. Stephanie Glenn, who has since, apparently, left the force, and interrogated me about my other lawsuit,
 the one against Her Majesty and Government of Canada for complicity to the crime of genocide of Bosnia in general and
genocide of Bosniaks of Muslim faith in particular.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper is named as a Defendant.

Prime Minister Brian Mulroney is also named as a Defendant.

I was pushed out of work shortly thereafter.

Stephen Harper is not in jail, and neither is Brian Mulroney, for complicity to the crime of genocide against Bosniaks of Muslim faith.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper had pinned a Peacekeepers' Medal on the chest of Peter Alfred McConnell's grandson, my estranged daughter's husband, for his serving three months as an accountant in the Canadian Forces Base in Kabul.

That is but one example of Wendell McConnell's vast network of powerful contacts in Ottawa and beyond

Neither Chief Charles Bordeleau, nor Chief Vernon White before him, had launched an investigation into children abuse, staff abuse, alcohol abuse and outright managerial theft of public funds in excess of Two Million Dollars, in a childcare setting, which had been going on for decades.

Neither Detective Sandro Mazzarotti, nor Detective Stephane Quesnel found anything wrong with this kind of years of staff abuse, by way of many and unsolicited emails, and in a childcare setting.

This and other abusive emails were regularly sent, by the  Executive Director, to the Early Childcare Educators, other staff, as well as some members of the Board of Directors at the daycare.

This, emailed to staff by the executive director, somehow belongs in a daycare setting in Ottawa?

This, emailed by a female executive director to all childcare staff, female and male, somehow belongs in a workplace in Ottawa?

This email abuse of staff most certainly reflects "Canadian values"?

This childcare operation has been on the receiving end, for decades, of substantial funds, from the City of Ottawa, for the subsidized spaces.

Up to seven opened bottles of wine were a normal sight in the Early Childhood Educators' staff fridge which was accessible to anybody, including children.

  Early Childhood Educator pushed two children in front of an oncoming OC Transpo bus so that she could observe their reactions in her preparing for her PhD thesis in Children Psychology at the University of Ottawa.

Her thesis was about children's reactions to dangerous or threatening situations.

Det. Stephane Quesnel declared:

..."it did not happen!"...

Det. Scott Kendall issued this threat:

" You are not allowed to talk about it with anybody who could influence it!"

 This is where the Ottawa Police Service attacked me, from behind, without reason, cause or provocation on July 21, 2005

"My God, Sir, what are they trying to do to you"

"Sir, you did not deserve any of this"

 "Sir, you are in shock. Forget about them. Go home and take care of yourself. You have never lived for yourself"

"We do not find that there is anything wrong with him. Take the handcuffs off and take him home"

Those are the statements by the psychiatrist, at the Civic Campus of the Ottawa Hospital, who had assessed me under conditions of duress, when I was bruised, battered, bleeding in restrains while trying to think calmly and figure out what atrocity, indeed, I had just been subjected to.

Neither the Justice of the Peace, Richard Sculthorpe, nor any of the police, had conducted any due diligence before taking, at face value, a statement given to police and the judiciary by a woman who suffers from:

* Generalized Anxiety Disorder;

** Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder;

a woman who had caused her children to be born with
Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder;

a woman who at the time of laying allegations of me being
"a threat to himself and to others" was

*** under the influence;

**** heavily menopausal;

***** severely stressed out;
due to the planning of two marriages and the
purchase of two properties, all in the material time;
and who

****** withheld information
 
that I had left the matrimonial home and sought
safety from abuse by way of complete separation and divorce

The Ottawa elites have become extremely radicalized in their abusing the system with absolute impunity, and in their imposing an institutionalized regime of dictatorship upon a society which is being progressively fragmented and divided by the elites with the purpose of divide et impera...

 This calls for a radical application of intellect in elimination of extremists who impersonate guardians of public interests.

I qualified as an independent immigrant based upon my education, work experience, multi-lingual capabilities and financial assets.
