“The temperature in Ottawa hit 36 C on Thursday but felt like 46 with the humidity.”

The above is a quote from CBC News, issued on July 21, 2005, see link:

Christopher Michael Fahey, who was “just doing his job” had kept me, in the afternoon hours on that date, bruised and battered, handcuffed, in an upside-down position in the back of the police cruiser with all windows and doors tightly shut, for some fifteen, or more, minutes, as he went around to conduct interviews with neighbours and collect dirt on me.

Upon his return to the vehicle, he asked me, sporting a grin: “Are you comfortable, Sir? Would you like me to turn on the air conditioner, Sir?”

This individual had ridiculed me again, on March 25, 2013, in the Ottawa Courthouse, in the presence of the lawyer representing the Ottawa Police Services Board, one Geoffrey Cantello who was encouraging him, and the lawyer’s assistant Samantha Montreuil, also a lawyer for the City of Ottawa,
when he waved at me, grinned and yelled across the large atrium on the 3rd floor after we had exited the courtroom: ” Hi Sir, how you dooin? ”

Geoffrey Cantello, lawyer, City of Ottawa

Christopher Michael Fahey, who on July 21, 2005 had crippled me for life, at the time was a Constable. He has been promoted into a Detective.

Since his violent attack on me, on July 21, 2005, he has made more than Two Million Dollars while I was trying to heal physically and mentally, undergoing surgeries and physiotherapies, struggling to survive and trying to pursue justice, keep my job, get a divorce, chase a crooked lawyer and fight the PMO/PCO and the Law Society of Upper Canada while the Ottawa Police persistently continued their mental abuse of me at work, at home and while out shopping.
